RATES AT F-209 IN MAUI KAMAOLE

Spring 2023

     March 1, 2023 to April 30, 2023    $325 / night

Summer 2023

     May 1, 2023 to Dec. 15, 2023       $285 / night

Winter 2024

• Rates are for the condo, not per person

• Deposit of $300 is required within 3 days of confirmation to secure reservation

• Payment is due by 60 days of arrival

 RESERVATION POLICY AT F-209 IN MAUI KAMAOLE

• Unit sleeps four adults. $20 per night for each additional adult (age 13 and older)

• Cleaning fee of $225

• Six people maximum

• Four night minimum stay

• This is a non-smoking unit

• No pets allowed

• All rates subject to state and county taxes of 17.42%

• Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am

• Late checkout option, if available

• Fourteen night minimum during Christmas season.

CANCELLATION POLICY AT F-209 IN MAUI KAMAOLE

If you should need to cancel your vacation, you will receive a deposit refund, less a $150 administration fee. For cancellations received after payment has been made, payments will be retained. If the condo can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
